This module is to provide sufficient knowledge and understanding of the law of obligations and civil evidence to enable a non-lawyer, Associate member of the CIArb to progress to Membership
DeliveryThis module is delivered by a mixture of home study and face-to-face tutorials - see study programme for details and is based on the law of England and Wales. It is not possible to provide this module to students who are not able to attend the tutorials.
The module is delivered over a period of six months.
