Associate to Member

The Member grade reflects a high level of achievement and experience in the law and practice of private dispute resolution and allows you to place the letters MCIArb after your name.

Arbitration & Adjudication Pathways

In order to qualify to transfer from Associate to Member in the arbitration or adjudication pathways, you must pass:

Module 1: Law of Obligations and Civil Evidence, and

Module 2: Either The Law of Arbitration, or The Law of Adjudication;

Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration

authorised equivalents.

Mediation Pathways

In order to qualify to transfer from Associate to Member in the mediation pathway you must pass:

Mediation Training and Accreditation

authorised equivalents.
