Our caterers offer a range of freshly prepared food that can be tailored to dietary, health or religious requirements. These are just some example menus – contact us to discuss refreshments for your particular event.
Sample Cold Fork Buffet £16.00 per person Served with choice of dessert
- Poached salmon with prawns in a sour cream

Hot Fork Buffet selections £16.00 per person
All hot main courses are served with a selection of vegetables and dessert
- Chicken Chasseur – A classic French dish of tender chicken white wine and mushrooms
- Beef Bourguignon – Steak, browned and braised in red wine with carrots, mushrooms, onions and herbs
- Moussaka – A succulent combination of aubergines, delicately spiced minced lamb and a rich cheese sauce
- Penne Florentina – Penne pasta with mozzarella and baby spinach in a Napoli sauce
- Sweet and Sour Pork – tender pork medallions with a tangy sauce
- Red or Green Thai Fish Curry
- Chicken or Mushroom Stroganoff in a sour cream sauce on egg noodles or rice
- Cumberland Sausage and Creamed Mash in Onion Gravy
- King Prawns in a creamy Korma sauce
- Chicken Risotto – tender chunks of chicken in a mild pepper sauce
- Pasta Matriciana – with bacon and onion in a rich tomato sauce
